A new career for university graduates
If you want a career with us, you should have completed your degree with good results, have some practical work experience and some overseas experience. We also expect you to work on your own initiative, be able to work under pressure, committed, flexible about where you work and a team player.
You should apply in writing, in German, with a covering letter, a clearly structured and chronological CV including a photo, as well as certificates and references for all your qualifications and previous positions.
The challenge: please explain concisely and succinctly, using no more than two sides of paper, why you want to work for us in particular. Please include what you expect from us and what we can expect from you - and why we should select you in particular. For example, you could explain clearly what your background is and what you want to achieve with us.
A new career for experienced professionals
If you are interested in working for us, you should already have several years' sector experience and have worked abroad. We also expect you to have above average degree results, be committed, entrepreneurial, creative, show initiative, be flexible about where you work and a team player.
You should apply in writing, in German, with a covering letter, a clearly structured and chronological CV including a photo, as well as certificates and references for all your qualifications and previous positions: school leaving and degree certificates, references from all previous employers etc.

Please include what you expect from us and what we can expect from you - and why we should select you particular. For example, you could explain clearly exactly how you could bring a sustainable increase in value to our customers.
The selection process
- First round of interviews (A)
We conduct two rounds of interview on different days. The first round consists of one-to-one interviews with our in-house consultants. If you – and we – are happy to proceed, we will meet again during the second round of interviews.
- Second round of interviews (B)
This stage involves one-to-one interviews with partners and/or directors during which you will give a ten minute presentation on a subject of your choice. At this stage, too, we are interested in getting to know you better. We look forward to hearing your presentation and questions.
We have now got to know each other. We are happy with each other. So let's spend a weekend thinking it through, to be quite certain. And clear up any remaining details.
